Vescope Sdn Bhd (F.K.A. Kumpulan Sepakat Konsult Sdn Bhd) was appointed on the full renovation of the heritage building Bangunan Sulaiman to create a new home for the Kuala Lumpur Regional Arbitration Centre (KLRCA). This is our first Government project and we were seconded to JKR but are project managers on behalf of the Government of Malaysia who owns the building. KLRCA will be the exclusive tenant for this building.Project Details
