Chin Hin property Development via its unit, Platinum Eminent Sdn Bhd recently launched the first phase, Tower A of its AERA Residence @ Petaling Jaya. Held on the 17th of December at its sales gallery off Jalan Kuchai Lama, the launch saw a take-up rate of 50% (excerpt from article in focus.iproperty.com.my dated 22nd December 2016)

The project comprises of 2 tower blocks with a total of 752 apartment units. Tower B will be launched sometime later in 2017.

One of the key to the project success is that the selling price is much lower than its neighbouring developments and its location next to Taman Tasik Permaisuri is a plus point for the buyers.
