THE entire Block B of The Holmes 2 in Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur by Aset Kayamas was sold out at its launch last weekend. All 493 condominium units were snapped up in less than four hours after they were opened for sale at the property developer’s Desa Valley site in Kuala Lumpur.

With a gross development value of RM410mil, The Holmes 2 sits on 2.1ha of leasehold land and features two residential blocks. Each block offers 493 units across 43 storeys with built-up areas of 943sq ft and 1,104sq ft. Block B units are priced from RM370,000 while the launch of Block A is yet to be announced.
