Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd’s 620-unit condominium named The Holmes has been fully booked through a private preview on May 23” (as reported in the edgeproperty on 2 June 2015)

A source told The Edge Property that the project was fully booked within five hours on May 23 via a private invitation. It added that buyers began camping as early as 8pm on May 22 to be ahead of the queue to book a unit on the following day.

One of the key to the project success is that the selling price is much lower than its neighbouring developments and its location next to Taman Tasik Permaisuri is a plus point for the buyers.

The Holmes is a 41-storey leasehold condominium spread across 2.22 acres in Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras. The standard unit built-up is 1,018 sq ft and is selling at an average of RM400 psf, with an addition of RM1,000 for every floor up.
